New encounters with art: The Midsummer Game Show is part exhibition, part stage, and proposes a novel type of fair presentation that extends the boundaries of genres.

An art installation becomes a grand stage where prize winning games take place in a scenography created by artists. Drawing on historical concepts from behavioral psychology, cybernetics, and game theory, the gameplay enables new social constellations and “rituels de fête”. Visitors can win daily prizes including design objects, hotel stays, and niche perfumes—culminating in the chance to win original artworks.
